I\'m currently managing teams working on Continuous improvement projects for Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active WMS in North America + Australia. These teams make software changes supporting operational process & automation improvements in the DC Network, working closely with large cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Program Management, Operations Engineering, DC Operations Leadership, Logistics & Trade, Inventory Control, Finance, IT Security, Cloud Infra, Software & Hardware vendors. Some highlight worthy recent projects were:* converting the legacy app from on-prem to cloud;* moving the Australia DC to a new building with minimal downtime & a fast ramp up;* continued expansion of Material Handling automation thru multi level pick towers, Put-to-light sorting, auto-receiving, cross-belt conveyor based sortation, and robotic sortation;* De-minimis / tariff mitigationI also manage the on-site tech teams supporting IT Hardware in our Distribution Centers like handheld scanner devices, workstations, invoice & ship label printers, and the related asset management of those devices.In my tenure at Lulu, I\'ve also managed teams for L2 DC App Support, Kafka integrations with DC Apps & 3PL vendors, and an in-house shipping solution.I consider my primary roles to be 1) build awesome teams; 2) provide the leadership, strategic direction & organizational support they need; 3) clear the way for them to work, get out of their way & let them take ownership
