I have worked in Automotive Industry (Hero Motors Ltd.) Metal Industry (Zinc/Lead and Steel (TMT)) and Plastic Industry (Water Tank making, Polythene making/printing, PVC/HDPE Pipe). I am experienced in handling project activities with proper planning of resources, work force and monitoring the overall project for ensuring timely completion with safety and quality. I have Lead the electrical team (twice) for Zinc Extraction Plant (From F.E.S dust by Electro winning process). Plant capacity is 10MT/Day. Proficient in operation and maintenance of Stacking Robot (ABB IRB-6400/7600), PLC and DCS, HT/LT panels, motors & transformers, ACB & VCB and protective devices. Maintenance of Utility department (Cooling tower, Compressor, W.T.P etc.) Installation and maintenance of the field instruments PT, LT, TT (Emerson, Rosemount, Honeywell), Flow meter, Control valves/ On-Off valves.(Pneumatic, MOV, NRV). Well versed in commissioning of AC Drives as per requirement. Fault diagnosis in Automation (PLC), AC/DC Drives. Also have knowledge of RTDs, thermocouples, load sensors, level detector, flow meters, temperature controllers, and Inductive proximity switches, analog & discrete transducers, PID Controller. Communicating with Government Authority (Electrical) for Load Demands and shutdown activities.
