Hi! I\'m Alyssa. I am an operations-mind sales leader with a super power for bringing the best out of people. That sentence has more buzz words than I care to admit, but past and current employees would agree. With a #1 strength finder of Maximizer, a recovering 3W2, now 8W7, I\'m my best when aligning team members to tackle big problems. At 22, I was the first employee at Influence & Co, a 4x Inc. agency, leading in B2B content marketing. My career was kickstarted as our first account manager with the audacity to guide CEO\'s thought leadership. I grew with one company my entire career, journeying across all parts of our growing agency as the Director of Account Management, VP of Sales and COO over 12 lovely years. Influence & Co. completed a strategic exit to a private equity backed roll-up, opening new doors for our employees and clients as we become Intero Digital. My digital marketing run continued as President of the Content & PR division, previously Influence & Co. I lead our team through the transition from six different agencies to one integrated brand. In April 2023, I took on the VP of Sales Role for all of Intero Digital, offering 12+ service lines to 900 clients. I have the pleasure of bringing together 10 sales reps to serve our clients in a wild time to be in digital marketing today. I had the opportunity to launch Startup Weekend Columbia in 2011 as a college intern and lead the event for 10 years. We put Columbia, MO on the map for it\'s collaborative, innovative and consistent community. Zapier, EquipmentShare and dozens of other companies are results of the magic of Startup Weekend and Columbia. The event was success transitioned in 2021 to a new team of organizers and is going strong today. I will always hold strong in my belief that a mom of toddlers in a demanding leadership role can do more in a day than almost anyone on earth. I\'m thrilled to join the team at Neighbors Bank to educate and inspire our customers and ultimately make homeownership in reach for everyone.
