I love to problem solve, mix that with my exceptional empathy and perspective of the user/customer experience + my attention to detail and you\'ve got a killer combo on your hands. My diverse experience has led me to a unique position where I can recognise that an exceptional customer experience, from individual touchpoints to the entire journey with the product or service, is influenced by how that organisation supports the journey. So for me, every problem is an opportunity to create a unique solution. I pride myself on being able to sift through and analyse feedback to read between the lines finding the heart and soul of the problem, rather than jumping to a quick and obvious bandaid. Making sure the solution feeds well in to both the strategy of the product, while keeping the customer experience forefront is the exciting part!
