Lead discovery workshops including Goals & Challenges, Jobs to be Done, Content & IA, Journey Mapping, Content Strategy and KKE (Keep, Kill, Evolve).* Conduct content inventory audits, identify opportunities, gaps, and recommendations based on data and analysis.* Create and present content strategy and design deliverables such as content inventory audits, content strategy briefs, writing guides, sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, taxonomy, content models, etc.* Establish information architecture, voice & tone, terminology, and pattern guidance.* Present and collaborate strategy with key stakeholders, team members, and other designers for visibility and feedback.Clients include: UFC, University of North Carolina, Penn State University, Children\'s Health, CertainTeed, Inperium, and Hologic.
