I started my tenure in the Customer Service department as a Cashier, and have since expanded my experience to include roles in Bakery and Produce.While at Publix, I’ve been fortunate to contribute to a store that was recognized with the Customer Service Excellence Award for the Atlanta Division. I’m currently undergoing training to become a Customer Service Staff Member, further developing my expertise in problem-solving, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
