Development of projects for the implementation and integration of ISO 9001; 14001 and 45001 standards in the companies that make up the Distributed Generation business segment within the Greenvolt Group. Promoting best practices and strict legal HSEQ compliance in all processes of the organization. Since my hiring in October, I was in charge of the implementation practically from scratch of the Integrated Management System, recently certified in January 2024 by Aenor Confia. This project has involved the joint certification in a multisite of the companies Greenvolt Next Spain; Vipresol; Perfecta Industrial; Perfecta Energía and Garuda Solar. All these companies constitute the part of the Greenvolt Group dedicated to distributed generation and decentralization in Spain, providing services for solar photovoltaic installations on rooftops for both industries (B2B business model) and individuals (B2C business model). Currently in charge of the maintenance of the Integrated Management System in Spain and also of the development and expansion of these good practices at international level, with the implementation of ISO standards in all geographies where Greenvolt Group currently operates (Greece, France, Italy etc.).
