Senior-career level leader with 21+ years of progressive management and leadership experience in higher education, military, corporate, and retail environments, and 5 years of teaching experience in higher education. Energetic, accomplished, and forward-thinking leader and professional with highly developed leadership, communication, management, negotiation, legal, team-building, and analytical skills. Strong personnel management and compliance professional with various graduate degrees from New Mexico State University, The University of New Mexico, Drexel University, and Ball State University. Seasoned in-person and online adjunct instructor, with experience teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in Sport Administration/Management. Undergraduate classes include Organization and Administration of Physical Education; Intro to Sport Administration; Legal and Ethical Issues in Kinesiology and Sports; Sport Law; Sport Facilities; History and Philosophy of Sport; International Perspectives of Sport Management; and Risk Management. Graduate classes include Sport Law; Issues in Sport Law (including a Sociology component); and Graduate Research Methods. Guest lecturer in the following undergraduate classes: Veterans Issues in Counseling; and Seminar in Sport Management. Keynote speaker, motivational speaker, and consultant in the fields of higher education (six years of professional experience as staff leadership and adjunct faculty, as well as practical experience in the form of a Bachelor\'s degree, a Juris Doctor, three Master\'s degrees, and PhD expected May 2024), leadership (21+ years of professional experience), and youth sports coaching (12+ years of youth sports coaching experience as well as graduate studies in Sport Administration, Sports Law, and Athletic Coaching Education).
