With expertise in supply chain management and process optimization, I currently work as an Assistant Growth Manager in the Growth Team at Blinkit, where I oversee city-wide supply chain operations, optimize delivery processes, and enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging data-driven insights, I drive improvements in supply chain performance, reduce operational bottlenecks, and support strategic decision-making. My work has resulted in measurable enhancements in service outcomes, reduced delivery times, and improved customer satisfaction. During my time at KiiT University, I served as Secretary of ASME-KIIT, leading a 25-member team to achieve national recognition at the effiCycle 2022 competition. Our hybrid recumbent vehicle secured the 7th position, and I played a key role in its design and testing using Solidworks and Ansys. Additionally, I spearheaded a funding campaign that increased sponsorships by 40%, demonstrating my ability to merge technical expertise with strategic leadership. Beyond engineering, I actively contributed to the startup ecosystem at Startup Grind Bhubaneswar by driving marketing initiatives, fostering key partnerships, and organizing networking events that promoted innovation and collaboration.
