I’ve been working in digital marketing for over 10 years—doing websites, emails, SEO, CRMs, and more. Out of everything, social media has always been my favorite. In 2017, I worked full-time on one beauty brand with a graphic designer. That was the normal setup back then—one brand, one team. In 2024, I joined a marketing agency where I had to handle 6 brands at the same time—and also do the graphics myself. That’s when I started using AI to help me create content faster. But I noticed something: most people using AI made content that sounded the same. What was missing? The customer. The brand voice. The message. So I created my own system.
