Partner with the Senior Vice President of Technology to drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and execution across the organization• Lead and facilitate senior leadership staff meetings by setting agendas, driving discussion, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through on priorities and action items• Partner closely with Finance to manage budget planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc funding requests across the technology portfolio• Act as a key liaison to Vice Presidents and the Executive Vice President, attending weekly leadership meetings and coordinating cross-functional priorities• Prepare the SVP for executive-level meetings through briefings, talking points, and strategic context, enabling informed and effective decision-making• Own and drive special projects and operational initiatives on behalf of the SVP, removing friction and ensuring progress on high-impact work• Collaborate with Run/Operations teams to maintain organizational effectiveness, operational health, and continuous improvement• Champion a strong, inclusive culture within the office by supporting engagement, communication, and leadership effectiveness
