Joined OMS, as a Director, in 2005 to head up and grow the Human Resources Division, now undertaking a variety of assignment-based projects for clients throughout the UK. • Recent projects have included- Interim HR Director for 6 months, for a FTSE 100 company- Sitting on a number of Commercial Boards to provide HR and strategic guidance- HR Programme Lead on a major IT Transformation programme for a FTSE 100 company- Project managed various large-scale TUPE, restructuring and redundancy exercises for multiple site clients- HR project lead in a major Company pensions review and subsequent implementation of a new salary sacrifice scheme- Developed and implemented a Diversity strategy and framework for major Plc in London- Led the HR strand in developing a solution on a successful tender exercise for a large scale government outsourced contract, worth over £300m, and project managed the TUPE transfer and transition activity following award of the contract- Creation of a full TUPE transfer and staff transition suite for many clients, including the consultation with employee representatives and harmonisation of employment terms and conditions- Worked with a number of public sector and not-for-profit organisations in developing bespoke HR policies and solutions to suit their culture and needs.
