From my formal education to the present, I have built a thriving career in the medical device space, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking to meet the evolving needs of the business. I have held key roles in product marketing, sales, surgeon training, and sales training, which have collectively shaped my ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive commercial success.In my leadership role at Silk Road Medical, I have been instrumental in shaping the market strategy for TCAR, focusing on sales force empowerment and physician engagement. My efforts have enabled the sales team to effectively communicate TCAR’s clinical benefits to vascular surgeons, overcoming adoption barriers and strengthening surgeon advocacy. Through these initiatives, I’ve helped position Silk Road Medical as a leader in stroke prevention technology.With my clinical background as an operating room nurse, I bring a unique, user-centric approach to product development, value proposition creation, and sales training.
