Support and collaborate with business in deployment of enhanced technology/ERP functionality to increase automation and/or employee capacity while decreasing base cost -Design financial systems (SAP & Oracle) to enable automated processes for cash and cash management (emphasized focused on Order to Cash)-Standardize and simplify processes that lead to process improvement within finance, with a focus on financial system, and incorporate change management -Own ERP deployment cycle of requirements, development, testing, implementation -Develop KPIs to drive business outcomes -Ensure financial systems are in compliance with SOX standard and drive changes were deficiencies exist -Lead team of global professionals to support shared services and overall finance functions -Partner with cross functional teams to drive strategies and implementation of system designs to achieve business requirements
