Senior Enlisted level conduit for the Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT) and TRADOC DCG-ARNG. The Senior ARNG LNCO SGM provides direct supervision of over 60 LNCOs. The Senior ARNG LNCO SGM Monitors statistical data & reports training status of all ARNG IET Soldiers, provides training/briefings, collaborates with ARNG Strength Maintenance Division, MEPCOM, & TRADOC to facilitate issue resolution & the maximization of RC Soldier throughput. Represents the ARNG in all IMT led future Army concepts. Monitors statistical data & reports training status of all ARNG IET. The ARNG LNCO SGM supervises the ARNG LNCO program design & accomplishment of the mission in initial training of RC Soldiers while synchronizing IMT activities.
