At SynapseTV, the first French audiovisual talk show dedicated to young people’s mental health, I take on a dual role: On-air host and youth columnist “Young People & Mental Realities”– Conceived and presented a segment dedicated to young people’s voices around mental health: academic pressure, social media, body image, loneliness, self-harm, etc.– Led interviews, commentary, and intergenerational conversations with healthcare professionals, researchers, influencers, and committed voices. Head of Communications & Digital Editorial Strategy– Developed and managed the communication strategy across Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok– Created editorial content (posts, video clips, quotes, stories, reels)– Coordinated multi-channel distribution around key moments of the show– Managed guest relations (HR leaders, doctors, founders, creators…)– Increased audience reach and engagement across platforms Mission: to amplify honest, accessible conversations around mental health and establish SynapseTV as a go-to media space for understanding the challenges faced by today’s youth.
