1- Ensuring the implementation of SOP and batch records according to GMP in all related issues: premises, equipment, personnel, processes, raw material, and finished product. 2- Review raw material, primary and secondary packaging according to B.R. and customer request. 3- Monitoring the line clearance washing, cleaning, and sterilization (cleanroom-machines-packaging area). 4- Monitoring all production processes (vial washing, sterilization, filling, stoppering, capping, inspection, labeling, packaging, shrinking, shipping, rejecting, and return) according to B.R 5- Review all autoclave cycles, tunnel charts, integrity tests, leak tests, and Bowie and Dick tests.6- Review all packaging and printing processes (B. No, Mfg. EXP, Price, M.O.H, customer requirements). 7- Follow up the sampling processes (start-different finish samples-retained sample-M.O.H-stability.). 8- Review all analytical reports according to specifications (physiochemical-microbiological).9- Follow up on the hygiene and behavior of persons inside (Class A- Class B- Class C- Class D). 10- Follow up on all validation, environmental, maintenance… processes done in the production area. 11- Review all batch record documents during production processes and collect for final review. 12- Initiate and follow up on the change request and deviation report if present.
