I\'m Alissa Nelson, a dedicated Risk Engineering consultant with a rich history in the insurance industry. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University, which laid the foundation for my career. I\'ve spent the last five years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I am honing my skills in sales, risk management, and customer experience. My roles ranged from a Sales Associate, where I educated clients on personalized insurance policies, to an Underwriting Analyst, where I analyzed risk for major national accounts. Prior to my insurance career, I served in various roles at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, advocating for patients and coordinating their care. My experience in healthcare has instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and attention to detail, which I carry into my work in insurance. I\'m passionate about using my skills to help others, whether it\'s ensuring they have the right insurance coverage or supporting them in a healthcare setting.
