Alissa Moody is a Partner at JM Search where she co-leads the firm’s Industrial & Industrial Technology practice and has worked across highly technical segments such as motion control, optics, machine vision, sensor and scanning components with hardware and software elements. Alissa works across functions to place P&L leaders, C-Suite, and VP level executives in decentralized industrial conglomerates, such as ITW, as well as lower to middle market, privately held manufacturing businesses. She focuses on identifying high caliber talent with the DNA to drive growth in fast paced environments. Alissa is particularly passionate about promoting female leadership within manufacturing organizations.
