Liaise with the third-party logistic (3PL) provider to coordinate shipments of hardware to and from customers within the EMEA Region.•Troubleshoot technical issues related to open orders on our ERP system ensuring they are fulfilled and dispatched correctly in a timely manner.•Resolve supply chain issues and working closely with carriers minimizing the number of returned, misdelivered and partially delivered orders•Investigate on lost or damaged shipments with the carrier and warehouse and arrange a replacement to be dispatched as quickly as possible.•Utilize Power BI to analyze and clean large datasets related to customer claims, focusing on weekly metrics to enhance delivery lead times and improve overall performance.•Liaise with the carriers and warehouse to obtain the necessary Export EXA documentation to avoid delays to shipments to customers outside the EU.•Monitoring and continuously improving the performance of 3PL partners (warehouse and carriers) by analyzing live and historical data from ERP, WMS and CRM systems.•Act as the primary point of contact for customer cases, ensuring timely responses within established service level agreement (SLA) timeframes.•Lead daily communications with 3PL and craft daily internal and 3PL reconciliation reports
