Completed Meter- to Cash training for Oracle Customer care and Billing, Mobile workforce management, MDM/R. • MDM/R EIP 8.6 upgrade Project o Responsible for creation and execution of Test plan and Test cases. o Test execution was a success and completed within required timelines. o Co-ordinated test execution with multiple products as CC & B, MDM/R, ODI and with multiple teams as Meter to Cash technical team, Data Management and Integration team, IESO and Savage data system. o Reported multiple defects to MDM/R (IESO) and DMI team fueling swift actions o Performed integration testing as well as functional testing. • Supporting MDM/R SYNCS: o Responsible for manual syncs for multiple complex scenarios o Co-ordinated with Savage Data system and MDM/R for corrective actions • Supported MTC team for rate changes test including and not limited to creating consumptions and bills. • Providing support services of a functional nature for systems within the Meter-to-Cash section’s accountability. • Assisted end-Users with application issues by analyzing issues related to SYNCS and BQs from a functional application perspective, recognizing when technical application expertise or external service provider as MDM/R is required, and collaborate accordingly.
