ABOUT ALISA RODRIGUES

When choosing a career, I\'ve tried it all. I\'ve gone the IT-engineering route like my dad and brother have. I\'ve also tested the business route like my mom has. Sticking to just one was not interesting enough, so here I am with a Masters degree in Marketing and an undergrad in Electronics engineering. Dia duit, is ainm dom Alisa! I was brought up in Oman, did my engineering undergrad in India and completed my masters in digital marketing in Ireland and working for Siren.io, a global scale-up that makes software for law enforcement. I grew up during the dawn of the internet and played with a cracked version of Adobe Photoshop. That curiosity just taught me how to navigate most modern design platforms! During the pandemic, I worked as an programmer engineer on website creation, data visualisation and analytics dashboards for 2 years. Now I work in a Junior Marketing Operations role at Siren, after completing a pure marketing dense internship. This training sets you up for success. The company culture and work environment is truly envy-worthy! I have a long list of hobbies and interests that can make me connect with anyone I meet. Some main hobbies are postcrossing & philately, visiting art galleries & museums, digital illustration making, collage & journaling, singing & playing guitar and lastly - traveling. I would love to travel for work and I am excited to join the workforce as a marketer.
