Prepare WBS, WBS dictionary and schedule for several interrelated projects on Primavera P6 server: Commissioning and qualification (C&Q), Maintenance, Thermal validation, and Process validation, ITS, IMS• Integrate all project schedules to prepare the main integrated schedule• Generate and analyze what-if scenarios• Provide two and four week lookahead schedules• Responsible for monitoring the integrated schedule for achieving milestones / verify physical progress• Prepare and update S-Curves for each single project and the whole project• Provide project control activities including baseline schedules, forecasting, earned value assessment and performance measurement• Update project schedules and analyze the variance in comparison with the baselines• Prepare project critical path, analyze and apply mitigation plans if required• Prepare and update change tracker / change log• Prepare project adherence and analyze in project performance meetings to find out the problems
