ABOUT ALI COLLEEN MAAXA
I am the founder of Maaxa Labs, a research and strategy firm that helps organizations understand the real-world uses of their tools and products. With a Ph.D. in anthropology and media, I have over 15 years of experience in conducting rigorous, data-driven, and user-centered research on the human aspects of technology across diverse domains and contexts. An an affiliate with the AI Governance Group, I also consult on AI adoption and governance. I apply my research insights to design and deliver innovative and impactful solutions for complex challenges, from light rail signage to cloud and AI products.
