ABOUT ALICJA FILBIER
As a People Strategy and Communications Senior Analyst at Citi, I build and deliver innovative and consistent global messaging that aligns with key priorities and initiatives. I partner with the Global team to drive key people strategy themes, such as onboarding, integration, engagement, development, diversity & inclusion and rewards. I also coordinate end-to-end Citi AML EMEA events, such as town halls, offsites, and learning opportunities, and oversee employee rewards and recognition.I have a Master\'s degree in Law from Uniwersytet Warszawski, and I spent a year studying at The University of Sheffield. I am passionate about debate and argumentation, and I have been coaching debate teams and delivering workshops to various companies, schools, and debate associations since 2020, including coaching Polish High School National Debating Team. I have also worked as a core adjudicator at several international debating events, and has been core adjudicator at 3 biggest Polish Debating Events: Polish Schools Debating Championships, Polish Oxford Debating Championships and Polish BP Debating Championships. I believe that debate and communication skills are essential for fostering diversity, inclusion, and collaboration in any organization.
