Oversee the review of existing lease agreements and engage in negotiations with potential landlords. Effectively negotiate and process lease amendments for various site changes, such as antenna modifications and Temp Deployments of COLT and BISON assets.• Collaborate with RF Design, Construction, and Site Acquisition Vendors to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for temp locations, new sites and modifications. • Project Management using FUZE (SPM/RealEstate). Generate regular reports for the leadership team and conduct routine audits of FUZE/SPM to verify reporting precision.• Provide support for Vendor Management, offering direction to site acquisition vendors and hosting regular meetings to drive project success and identify potential roadblocks.• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with current and potential landlords, addressing site access issues and maintaining an organized database of landlord contact information.• Demonstrate research and organizational skills in collaborating on FCC/FAA/NEPA/SHPO filings with the HQ Regulatory team.
