The Vice President, Global Technology & Operations - Portfolio, Program & Project Management leads the advancement of MetLife’s PPM Capabilities. This role provides expertise in best practices, framework(s) implementation, organizational transformation, service and operating model design, performance management, process improvement, financial and program risk assessments to the enterprise of MetLife. This role is accountable for our Project Management Framework, Agile CoE, SDLC, all PPM Toolset and Reporting functions; defines and develops enterprise-wide project management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics. The position is accountable to understand and deliver the alignment of people, processes and technology to achieve strategic goals and objectives for MetLife.
