Working with the pre-construction team to compile high quality submissions and project case studies Supporting the Framework team with framework submissions Leading all marketing activities for a range of projects Continuous stakeholder management and customer engagement on projects Organise and attend project milestone events (ground breaking events, topping out ceremonies, opening ceremonies) with Clients Organise and undertake project debriefs with Clients and distribute to Senior Management Teams, providing feedback of our overall performance throughout the project Recording company social value activities and creating quarterly performance reports for the Senior Management Team Review and analyse data using Microsoft Excel to produce company Corporate Social Responsibility statistics Creating presentations and capability documents upon request Management of all company social media pages - posting company updates and communicating with clients and third parties Daily use of Hootsuite, a social media platform to schedule and manage social media content Ensure all company certification, accreditations, financial documents and staff charts used in submissions are up to date I am a mentor for our Business Administration Apprentice where I offer advice and support to them with their career development
