As an Agile Practitioner Lead, I was responsible for implementing Agility in two Department Areas at BlackRock: 1) AI Solutions and 2) Aladdin Financial Engineering, spanning over 40 teams.• As an Agile practitioner lead, I helped create a structure and implemented Lean and Agile ways of working for the whole of Aladdin Financial Engineering, which spans more than 40 teams.• Created a Gap Analysis to discern the current state and the future state of Financial Engineering, providing visibility into the pain points to improve agility.• Devised a Resource/Capacity tool to offer visibility on the resources allocated between teams and their time and percentage allocation. This facilitated understanding the teams\' load and resource allocation.• Fostered strategic relationships within the team, program, and wider organization by establishing a train-the-trainer environment to scale education and implementation.• Led the migration of the Quantitative Developer teams (Quant teams) from Jira to Azure DevOps (ADO) & Aha.• Compiled a list of teams needing to migrate their backlogs to ADO & facilitated the steps in the migration process.• Assisted in defining Metrics and implementing them to ensure that metrics are tracked & agile maturity is increased.• Designed an Agile Maturity Questionnaire to assess and evaluate opportunities to enhance improvement efforts.• Helped Implement SAFe practices such as PI planning and pre planning readiness checklist.• Partnered with the business agility coaching team to assess the agile fluency, health and maturity of the team and coach to higher levels, at a pace that is sustainable. • I identified educational opportunities for the team and their stakeholders.• Used tools such as Azure Devops, Aha, Miro and Confluence to create artifacts and document processes.
