Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation- Steer annual audits with Statutory and Internal Auditors. Support Company to be SOX compliant- Preparing and submitting the Corporate Income Tax return, its appendices, and all legal related items- Preparing and submitting other tax declarations including Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) declarations- Calculating the monthly/quarterly tax provisions for closing purposes- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for bankers, investors and company’s board of directors- Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services- Oversee the Tax compliance in co-ordination with External Consultant, monthly filling of desired returns and assessment.
