In all my positions at Tinsley Bridge, I lead from the front — combining strategy with hands-on engineering, whether coding pipelines, deploying ML models, or integrating technologies into business processes. Alongside delivery, I support people: from coaching champions to directly engaging with staff across the business to build confidence and adoption- by building and chatbot to streamline the provision of an intuitive interface to company knowledge built end to end in python (Chainlit front end; LangChain for LLM orchestration)- by applying experience in AI, DataOps, and edge analytics to transform shop-floor information visibility. For example I used packages Numpy and Scipy for peak detection from sensors data measuring equipment electrical signals. by analyzing unstructured data (emails, documents, meeting transcripts, and knowledge bases) using AI to surface unknown knowledge about business processes and employee activities, creating accurate role profiles, identifying skill gaps, and enabling knowledge retention for offboarding/onboarding processes. Implemented onboarding/offboarding with Polars for the initial data extraction and then DocETL (human-in-the-loop LLM pipeline manager) to run, review, and ship results, and Azure AI Foundry for secure, company-controlled LLM inference.
