ABOUT ALEX LEAL

I’m a business-minded problem solver with a passion for learning, analytics, and operational excellence. I graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Entrepreneurship and later earned my MBA with Distinction. I recently completed Harvard’s Business Analytics program, further strengthening my ability to translate data into actionable strategy.I’ve spent 13 years in hospitality leadership, alternating between analyst, accountant, and director roles—giving me a unique blend of operational insight, financial acumen, and people leadership. I also bring experience from the agriculture industry, where I worked as an accountant and expanded my understanding of production-focused environments.I’m always looking to learn something new, especially in the areas of automation, process improvement, and technology that helps teams work smarter. I value strong professional relationships and enjoy connecting with others who are passionate about growth and innovation.Outside of work, you’ll find me at run clubs, on local hiking trails, or spending time with my family.
