Currently part of the Global Running Activations team at adidas (Global HQ). Activating adidas elite running field on a Global social audience of 10M fans. Resulting in the best performing content of the year in 2022 and 2023 on @adidasRunning.• Leading the Global multiple-platform social athlete storytelling & content strategy (long & short format) on @adidasRunning channels around adidas elite running field (Olympic gold medalists, world record holders etc.) and the major running race credibility moments (Marathon Majors, World Athletic Championships etc.), from creative development to execution.• Building the yearly publishing strategy framework & market toolkit outlining creative approach, TOV, messaging, platform strategy, level of activations, market support. • Delivering tools to extend the celebration brand campaigns globally on all channels including Paid media (OOH + social), PR, Digital, Retail.• Managing all external creative partners - filmmakers, photographers, art directors, copy writers, designers, producers. From pre-production, to on set and post-production.• Activating and securing support from the full brand social ecosystem @adidas,@adidasWomen,@adidasRunner,@KeyCity and partner publishing. • Working closely with cross-functional teams (SpoMa, Comms, Social, PR, Legal etc.), to develop and lead seamlessly integrated concepts and social tools, until activation. • Aligning with SLT and ensuring market amplification.• Briefing and managing agencies and talents, ensuring that all projects are on time, within budget and on brief. Continuously analysing the success of activations and incorporating the findings into future planning.
