My Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Programme and working with specific business units to develop and implement mainly medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy. Focusing on external agency engagement, outreach and event activity in order to grow and ensure sustainment of a healthy Ex-Forces recruiting pipeline. Developing and growing external relationships with organisations to establish a best in class and impactful transition pathway for high calibre Armed Forces personnel of any rank, trade or background. Generating and sustaining a stream of rich and diverse talent into Centrica, which directly supports the drive to Net Zero.
