ABOUT ALEXIA PRUNET
I have been working with sales for last 14 years with strong experience in IT, cloud technologies, learning, business development and training. Passionate about my work and solution oriented about my customers, I am currently working as Business Development Manager France for Training & Certification Sales at Red Hat. I am responsible for accelerating Red Hat\'s open source technology adoption and ensuring its long-term use by building and developing training and upskilling for our customers and partners through working closely with Red Hat\'s sales leaders and training partners. During my career\'s last 8 years, I have supported customers (Key Accounts) and partners to gain and develop their IT skills they need to be ready for their transformation, rise high-end challenges and respond to projects with their own customers. I have experience of working with IT vendors (Aruba, Cisco, NetApp, Red Hat, VMware…) and I was responsible for driving their training business with my existing customers. During the years I have learned to manage the complex customer relationships where many stake holders are involved. I have acquired an excellent relationship with all stake holders, an ability to negotiate and convince.
