As a Head Sommelier with global experience across luxury cruises, I bring deep wine knowledge, team leadership, and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality. My study background include WSET Level 3, among other high valuable wine certifications and a foundation in Architecture & Design, which helps me think creatively about wine list design, wine events creation and spatial dining flow. With a solid foundation in the wine industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, I bring over 5 years of expertise in wine selection, service, and team leadership within fast-paced, high-end environments. I have a proven ability to curate personalized wine recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. Certifications and qualifications include: • WSET Level 3, passed with merit, providing a comprehensive understanding of wine regions, production techniques, and tasting skills. • Certified Professional Sommelier by the Brazilian Association of Sommeliers (ASI recognition), reinforcing my expertise in wine and service excellence. • Bachelor’s in Architecture & Urbanism and Postgraduate in Environmental Analysis, showcasing my multidisciplinary approach and attention to detail. • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with working proficiency in Spanish and currently learning Italian.
