At the London Stock Exchange Group, I am responsible for driving Market Data sales for the Capital Markets FX division. I manage the transaction venue feeds pipeline, and am responsible for scrutinizing and advancing a multi-million-dollar revenue stream. I actively lead sales activities and participate in sales pitches as a subject matter expert in market data for other teams. As part of my role I collaborate with business, compliance, and legal teams to streamline procedures and drive sales efficiency. I implement and enhance reporting standards in Salesforce to improve sales interaction insights, manage renewals, and mitigate cancellation risks. Additionally I look to manage client feedback and how that can drive product development and longer term strategy.
