Shaw & Co is a corporate finance firm focusing on owner managed SMEs in the UK. Three key pillars: M&A, Debt Advisory and Equity Advisory. In debt advisory, we help UK SMEs fund growth, acquisitions or buyouts. I am the Head of Debt Advisory with the following responsibilities- Building the debt advisory business- Leading and developing the team, setting the strategy, defining value proposition, setting pricing and engagement parameters, designing service processes, systems and strategy- Driving Business Development strategy, behaviours and processes- Maintaining expert knowledge and access to traditional and alternative markets for debt/hybrid/equity capital- Relationship management on the client side and on the funding side- Offering clients \'all-of-market\' competitive solutions for a given capital need from the very latest and best available options- Origination and mandate negotiation- Project management of front-to-back funding processes- Working within the Senior Management Team on corporate management and strategy design & implementation.
