Contract Management WTG T&I and WTG/FOU Ports (Waterkant & Waterekke OWP managed by Luxcara, Lx TM GmbH).• BIMCO-based contracts with vessel supplier; area lease & services contracts with various port operators.• Wide range of further project contracts, e.g. Certification, FOU Detailed Design, Main Soil Investigation, or Geotechnical Experts.• Key responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and managing the concerned contracts, assessing risks, and ensuring fund requirements, as well as regulatory compliance for both projects.• Stakeholder coordination: liaising between internal technical project teams, external legal advisor, FOU and WTG suppliers and T&I Contractors.• Document Management: maintaining contract databases and ensuring accurate documentation, including payment schedules.
