Supporting the Onshore Asset with Production Engineering and Production Operations related Data Analytics, creating efficiencies in reporting processes with a key focus on freeing up our technical specialists to focus on technical tasks (field and office).This includes integrating and future proofing data structures for Production Engineering and Production Operations information, then developing or improving Business Intelligence reports to help engineering teams, field operators, team leaders and management make informed & data driven decisions. This role also involves information management and reporting for the Onshore Asset team through cross-functional engagements to functional support branches including Finance, Production Allocation, ESG, Commercial, C&P and IT. Another element of my role includes software management and exploring better ways of working across the business through software integration. I am also responsible for preparing a regulatory submission for the Asset known as the ELMP annual activity status update. The report is used to form the organisations rehabilitation liability bond assessment for our operating licenses held in South Australia.

ABOUT ALEX DJUKANOVIC
I help the business identify and implement opportunities that free up colleagues (technical and non-technical) and field personnel to focus more on the technical elements of their roles. This is achieved through digitalisation, data analytics, business intelligence reporting and sound stakeholder engagement. As an experienced oil & gas and resources industry professional I am passionate about helping the business with areas relating such as continuous improvement in operations, reporting and safety. Over the recent years I have developed skills in BI reporting and the MS Power App platform while improving business data acquisition to then create tools for informed decision making. I have also been managing the administration of oil & gas Engineering software applications and seek out opportunities for integrating data from these applications and other datasets available across the organisation for more powerful reporting. I have been fortunate to work across Australia, PNG, Myanmar, New Zealand and Brazil on some great offshore and onshore drilling campaigns. These campaigns have included conventional oil & gas, coal seam gas and geothermal production operations. In conjunction with my resources industry experience I also have four years of experience working for the Earth Resources Regulator of the Victorian State Government and WorkSafe Victoria in regulatory compliance roles. During this time I attended and conducted inspections across open cut brown coal mines, underground gold mines, quarries and major hazard facilities (including the Longford Gas Plant). Professionally, I enjoy working in high performing teams and believe in celebrating success. I present with a team first attitude and take great pride in sharing my industry and cultural experiences with colleagues, students and other professionals.
