As the Director of Globalization Deployment, building out a team to define and communicate Best-Practice for multi-lingual global deployments of the platform, as well as helping design and build new tools and solutions. As a member of the Globalization strategic team, it\'s imperative to understand our Customer\'s needs in their given markets before they do, so that our language strategy reflects that accordingly. In conjunction, working with our Customers and Implementation Partners, to increase adoption of languages other than English across our product portfolio, so that Customers can serve their end-users for the best possible user-experience available, whether for specific BU’s, or specific UI’s within the solution.
