In my current role I lead a team to develop and implement the marketing strategy and tactics that will achieve set annual KPIs for BCAA Membership acquisition, retention & the rewards program. I manage cross-functional relationships with internal partners (marketing, product, sales, operations) & external partners (agency, vendors, suppliers) to execute marketing initiatives and identify enhancements to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
