AG is a consulting firm primarily focused on supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs to define and implement strategy including any capital raise efforts. My role within this start-up advisory was to work with the partners to set-up, launch, and operate the firm. My responsibilities and accomplishments have included- Defining and developing AG’s business model and strategy and successfully pitching the concept to investors to raise start-up capital - Development of back-office infrastructure to ensure quality of deliverables as well as tracking of internal and front-office operations through structuring and leading the internal quality control and project management office - Pitched and won new clients for the firm for projects including strategy design, capital raise support, price optimization, value proposition design, and human capital management. Client industries include clean energy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, consumer goods, fin-tech, co-working business, tech companies, among others- Led capital raise efforts for entrepreneurs through a targeted process in conjunction with our network of local and international (US & UK) investors- Created internal hiring process and interview/case study guidelines alongside leading a structured training program for new and existing team members
