I frame ideas and conversations into formats other people are receptive to absorbing. And I get to watch it all come to life through in-person engagement with our clients at events. Marketing is a place to combine creativity, with organization. And yes, the organization is just as appealing to me!To do this, cross-collaboration across teams, departments and seniority levels is part of my daily routine. I\'m confident, sometimes too polite (I\'m from the South and live in the UK - give me a break), and most importantly communicative, to keep projects moving forward efficiently.A passion of mine has become investing in people within the business travel community. I joined GBTA Ladders, a mentorship program when I first entered the industry. Since then, I\'ve risen through the program ranks and am proud to serve as the Leadership Co-Chair for the 2022-23, and 2023-24 seasons. Ladders has afforded me so many career developing moments, including speaking at GBTA Convention.
