As Jacob & Co. Chief Logistics Officer, I am supporting key aspects ofplanning, designing, and directing all aspects of the logistics management function tocontrol, deliver, and distribute our priceless timepieces and high end jewelry, its materials. This position is responsible for allaspects of domestic and global logistics. Effectively & efficiently manage invoicing & shipping flows, ensuring the production, verification and compliance of all documentation requested by national/international regulations on import/export and special materials/products, as well as company procedures. Important collaboration with US Customs broker to make sure we are in full compliance with USCBP. Studying for License Customs broker exam. Ensurecoordination of all logistics partners and Import/Export Authorities meeting regulationconstraints, service level and cost objectives. Last but not least, besides the SOP creation, I strongly believe in teamwork, hence deep collaboration with other departments is key.
