As a Development and Quality Manager in the Innovation & Smart Service business line, I lead and manage the development of IoT products while ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:• Team Management:Lead an international and cross-functional team of professionals, including project managers, mobile developers, quality assurance experts, and support staff.• HW Product Development Oversight:Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.• Testing and Validation:Conduct thorough testing and validation of IoT devices and systems to identify and address defects, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.• Quality Assurance:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track product quality.• Regulatory Compliance:Stay up-to-date with evolving IoT regulations and standards, adjusting product development and quality processes accordingly.• Risk Management:Identify and assess risks associated with IoT product development, including security, data privacy, and operational risks.• Supplier Collaboration:Collaborate with suppliers and vendors (ODM) to source high-quality components and services for IoT products.• Resource and Budget Coordination:Consolidate budgets, workload planning, and priorities to ensure smooth product launches and software rollouts.
