At Lanigan Ryan, we are passionate about delivering personalized excellence to our clients and our people in a personalized way. As the lead marketer for the firm I have been tasked with the management of our brand to preserve this culture and legacy. I have integrated communication efforts, such as client proposals, CPE training presentations, recruitment collateral, and digital strategy to enable relationship building, while improving the systems and processes that we have in place to increase engagement. I have created content for both internal and external audiences and managed the various distribution channels of this content including our email platform, social media, website, and webinar program. I support the firm\'s business development efforts by creating events and other opportunities to connect, as well as by training staff on best branding and marketing practices. I have increased database integrity and built customized reports to clarify the firm\'s target audiences based on data, as well as identified ways in which the firm can incorporate AI and automation to improve client experience. I have established a women\'s group at the firm aimed at building community, celebrating diversity, and serving as an additional educational resource to members. I have also created and manage an annual community volunteer day, focused on giving back to and getting involved with our local neighborhood. I play a large role in the coordination of our annual firm golf for charity event, as well as other food drives and firm initiatives throughout the year.I take pride in my role as both an advocate and agent of change at the firm, enabling the successful rollout of new initiatives such as the firm rebrand and website overhaul in 2021, while continuing to champion the long-standing programs that foster community and reinforce our foundational company values.
