ABOUT ALEXANDRA MILLS

I’m a marketing and communications specialist with experience spanning building materials, manufacturing, smart-home technology and professional services - working both in-house and agency-side.I currently work at Fluidmaster UK, where I support brand and product marketing across EMEA. My role focuses on bringing clarity and consistency to complex product portfolios, supporting product launches, improving installer and specifier communications, and aligning global brand strategy with local market needs.Previously, I held senior marketing roles at Baulogic and Kingspan Insulation, where I led brand, content, digital and internal communications initiatives. Across these roles, I’ve worked on everything from product positioning and thought leadership to internal engagement, stakeholder communications and large-scale events.Earlier in my career, I worked agency-side at Seven Hills, delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns for clients including Grant Thornton, Bloomberg, the British Business Bank, Innovate Finance, Advertising Week Europe and the International Festival for Business. This gave me a strong grounding in strategic communications, client management and delivering against tight timelines and budgets.I’m known for being calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to bridge strategy and execution - turning complex messages into clear, well-judged communications that resonate with the right audience.
