My lived experience and background in Psychometrics and Law find me dedicated to consulting on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives for Greenings. This has involved public speaking and advocacy work as an SME, including Project Nemo as their Neurodiversity Lead, with my focus being to create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. By applying critical thinking, facilitating collaboration, and educating to raise awareness, I aim to bridge gaps and drive innovation through equitable practices. A Podcast and Book are underway.Other eclectic experience includes, but is not limited to: Film Production Manager, Professional Make Up Artist, National Gold Medallist in Pistol Shooting, ARDS Qualified Racing License Holder, First Class Law LLB Hons & Leith\'s Cookery Course Grad
