ABOUT ALEXANDER SALVADOR

I am an explorative problem solver pursuing a career in healthcare to research, develop and apply cutting-edge solutions to real-world problems. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Applied Mathematics from Jacksonville University on April 27, 2024. I was a dedicated student in the JU Honors Program and a four-year member of the JU Division I Men’s Soccer Team.As a student, I have a proven track record of strong academic achievement, independent research, and leadership in the JU STEAM Institute. Just as notable, my athletic experiences have given me opportunities for community service through my platform as a student-athlete. Additionally, I have a broad spectrum of professional experience at Johnson & Johnson Vision and KLS Martin. Above all, I am regarded as a quick learner and a natural collaborator with effective interpersonal skills to contribute as a member on a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.As a self-starter, I believe my energetic desire and intrinsic motivation drives my purpose to give back to those in need. I enjoy donating my time to local non-profits in Jacksonville to fight against poverty and advocate for mental health awareness in our community. From reading personal growth books and practicing self-reflection, I understand and value the power of vulnerability to build meaningful relationships. In conclusion, I have a passion for helping others and am ready to drive innovation in the MedTech industry.
